The participants paid floral tribute to the statue of President Kim Il Sung in Wonsan City.

Present at the meeting were the captain and crewmen of a Panamanian-flagged ship.

At the meeting speakers said that Kim Jong Un is a great man who is possessed of humble and unassuming popular traits, and the matchless general who resolutely contains the enemies with his prodigious grit, pluck and distinguished commanding art.

Kim Jong Un has resolutely smashed vicious moves of hostile forces including the U.S. and displayed the bold spirit of the brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu, they noted, adding:

He has devoted everything to the struggle for providing the Korean people with a happy life.

He has strengthened the Korean People's Army into an invincible army with his outstanding leadership and led the struggle for defending socialism to victory.

Victory and glory are in store for the army and people of the DPRK as they are holding Kim Jong Un in high esteem as supreme commander.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
