Party and power organs, working people's organizations of each province (municipality), hundreds of units across the country including Manpho Spinning Mill, Ryongjon Fruit Farm in Pukchong County, Tongbong Cooperative Farm in Hamju County delivered the congratulatory messages.

The messages and letters said that the successful launch of scientific and technical satellite is a gift of loyalty presented to General Secretary Kim Jong Il from the party, army and people of the DPRK and a significant event in the national history in carrying out his behest.

The historical success is a great victory that would have been unthinkable without the strong courage, pluck and outstanding leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un who has exerted big efforts to implement Kim Jong Il's plan for building a space power, they noted.
