The bulletin carried an article titled "Leader of Songun Korea Kim Jong Il" with his portrait.

It said:

He was the guardian of socialism and great master of leadership who triumphantly led the Arduous March, forced march unprecedented in the history after demise of President Kim Il Sung.

The Songun politics pursued by him is an all-mighty treasured sword defending the security of the country and guaranteeing successes in building an economic power.

When Kim Jong Il passed away on Dec. 17, 2011, all the Korean people and progressives of the world, overwhelmed by bitter grief, laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of his smiling image to pay deep respects.

Thanks to the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, the Korean people could change sorrow into courage and put satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 manufactured by their own efforts and with their own technology into orbit, startling the world and carrying out one of the behests of Kim Jong Il.
