The first deputy general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea who headed the delegation said Kim Jong Il was a distinguished thinker and theoretician, iron-will brilliant commander, ardent patriot, tender-hearted father and guardian of justice.

The greatness of Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people, and his traits of loving them have already been known well to the world, he said, and went on:

I warmly congratulate the DPRK upon recent successful satellite launch by its own efforts and with indigenous technology. This was a striking demonstration of the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un and the developed scientific and technological potentials of the DPRK.

The Democratic Party and the government of Equatorial Guinea wish the party and people of the DPRK greater successes in the efforts to build socialism and accomplish the cause of national reunification under his leadership.

We will extend invariable support and solidarity to the just cause of the Korean people.
