The Palestinian president in the card said that he was pleased to extend the warmest and sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the State of Palestine and its people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the new year 2013. He wished Kim Jong Un happiness in good health and the DPRK welfare, prosperity and stability, expressing belief that 2013 will be a year of welfare, peace and friendship for the Palestinians and all other peoples in the world.
