Kim Jong Un Sends Congratulatory Message to Raul Castro Ruz

Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- First Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, sent a congratulatory message to First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba Raul Castro Ruz, president of the Council of State and president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, on Monday.

Kim Jong Un in his message sincerely congratulated Raul Castro Ruz, the Communist Party, the government and people of Cuba on behalf of the Workers' Party of Korea, the government and people of the DPRK on the 54th anniversary of the victory of the Cuban revolution.

Availing himself of the opportunity, Kim Jong Un expressed belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties, governments and peoples would steadily grow stronger in their joint struggle for socialism against imperialism.

He also wished Raul Castro Ruz bigger success in his responsible work.
