Kim Jong Un in the message highly estimated Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan for having firmly defended Chongryon and the Koreans' community, valuable heritages bequeathed down by the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, out of patriotism, and having made big successes in the strengthening of Chongryon and its patriotic activities last year despite manifold difficulties and hardships.

He said that he deems it big pride to have such an excellent overseas Koreans' organization which intensely loves the homeland and the nation, remaining loyal to their leaders.

He will always be with Chongryon organized by Kim Il Sung and guided by Kim Jong Il, he said.

Kim Jong Un expressed the firm belief that Chongryon would perform proud feats in the effort for ushering in a fresh heyday for the movement of Koreans in Japan by dint of the dignity and spirit of Kim Il Sung's nation and Kim Jong Il's Korea and the might of single-minded unity.
