Foreign Personages Congratulate DPRK on Its Successful Satellite Launch
Pyongyang, January 2 (KCNA) -- Personages of Democratic Congo and Myanmar made public statements on Dec. 21 and 22 last year, congratulating the DPRK on its successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2.

Jimmy Kikoni, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Democratic Congo, said that socialist Korea put its working satellite into its orbit, adding that it amounted to the demonstration of the truth and vitality of the Juche idea fathered by President Kim Il Sung and developed by leader Kim Jong Il, and it is, at the same time, a brilliant embodiment of the principle to be consistently maintained by the DPRK -- independence in politics, self-support in the economy and self-reliance in national defence.

The dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un energetically led all the processes for the manufacture of the working satellite and its launch, true to the behests of Kim Jong Il, winning a shining victory.

Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, noted that the successful satellite launch of the DPRK fully demonstrated its tremendous might and its level of the development of latest science and technology.

He said that as Kim Jong Un is wisely leading the party, army and people of the country, the Korean people is waging a dynamic struggle for the building of a thriving nation and accomplishment of the cause of national reunification, holding Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in high esteem as eternal leaders.

The Korean People's Army, commanded by Kim Jong Un, is growing to be invincible revolutionary armed forces, he noted.
