They were from the Standing Council of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, Central Standing Committee of the Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan, Central Standing Management Board of the Korean Youth Commercial Association in Japan, Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Teachers and School Clerks in Japan and other organizations of Chongryon, their affiliated bodies, Choson Sinbo Company, Korean News Service, Hagu Bookshop, Kumgang-san Opera Troupe, Kumgang Insurance Company, Committee for Promoting Korea-Japan Economic Exchange, Federation of Joint Economic Venture of Korean Residents in Japan, Korean Publishers Hall and other enterprises, various local headquarters of Chongryon, Joson University and Koran schools at various levels in Japan and Korean residents in Japan.

They said that last year was a year of victory and glory in which all service personnel and people in the homeland glorified the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung as a grand political festival under the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un and the DPRK emerged a dignified political and ideological power and a satellite manufacturer and launcher.

This year which marks the 65th anniversary of the DPRK, the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and which will witness the opening of the 23rd Congress of Chongryon will shine as a year of gigantic creation and change as it will see a landmark phase in the building of a thriving socialist nation in the advance of the new century of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

They expressed the resolution to dynamically advance the movement of Koreans in Japan along the road of Juche, the road of patriotism and the road of prosperity under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, regarding the behests of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il as an immortal banner.
