DPRK's Satellite Launch Hailed by Nigerian Organization

Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea posted articles on the internet website on Dec. 22 last year hailing the DPRK's successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2. An article entitled "Tribute to Generalissimos" said Kwangmyongsong 3-2 airs immortal revolutionary hymns "Song of General Kim Il Sung" and "Song of General Kim Jong Il" to be heard on the earth. It went on: The satellite launch fully reflects the highest tribute the dear respected Kim Jong Un and the Korean people pay to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il. One should view that such profound meaning is given by the fact that the satellite was launched in 2012, the centenary of birth of Kim Il Sung and with the approach of the first anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il and that "Song of General Kim Il Sung" and "Song of General Kim Jong Il" are heard from the satellite. Another article entitled "National power of the DPRK" said the DPRK's successful launch of the first application satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 fully demonstrated its national power once again. Through its successful launch of the scientific and technological satellite the DPRK emerged a satellite manufacturer, launcher and possessor which has firmly attained the lifeline of space science and technology. In a word, the DPRK's national power has reached space. |
