He claimed that "south Korea's principled policy toward the north brought about an essential change in the framework of south-north relations" and "there were clashes and casualties in the course of restoring the forces for deterring the north but it helped take back the decision-making right for peace on the Korean Peninsula."

Chon is no more than an old stooge who has taken the lead in inventing and carrying out the policy for confrontation with the DPRK in the south Korean diplomatic circle which is ill famed for humiliating diplomacy.

When he was the chief of the room for diplomacy and information policy in south Korea in May 2005, he played a key role in the nuclear racket of his master against the DPRK. He used to bluster that "the nuclear issue of the north is a threat which is intolerable for the world peace and security".

He also made such nonsense that the north must take sincere attitude towards the initial implementing measure proposed by the U.S. if it wants to have the sanctions lifted at the second round of the fifth six-party talks in Dec. 2006.

In June 2010 when he was the puppet vice-minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, he visited the U.S., his master, to beg it to refer the conspiratorial "Cheonan" warship sinking case to the UN Security Council session.

After he assumed the present post, he made such remarks that "the south-north dialogue is possible only when the north apologizes for the 'Cheonan' warship case and the Yonphyong Island shelling case and the denuclearization is realized".

He is also an extremely vicious element who committed such treachery as debasing the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and its social system, not content with floating the story of "collapse of the north" last year.

As was disclosed by a U.S. diplomatic document, he cried out for prioritizing the U.S.-south Korea alliance and promoted introduction of the U.S. missiles and so on.

As shown by the above facts, he is just a hundred harms without a single benefit for the Koreans.

He deserves nickname "shallow brained fox" as he was so keen on the solicitation diplomacy being stooped to humiliation and shame.

Traitor Lee Myung Bak is using such Chon as a shield for saving his face now that he is completely isolated internally and externally with his policy for confrontation failed. How poor Lee is.
