He said that it was proved through 5 years of office of the Lee Myung Bak "government" that any promise which is premised on the "change of the north" would be meaningless.

He denounced the "government" authorities for handling everything of their own accord while defying the opinions of the participating enterprises for the south-north cooperation, greatest victims of the "May 24 step".

He went on:

It is difficult to see the possibility of the cooperation and exchange between the south and the north if the political environment goes on as now.

To put the present situation under control, the inter-Korean dialogue, cooperation and exchange should be resumed without precondition.

He demanded the authorities positively come out for the inter-Korean cooperation and exchange.
