| Pyongyang, January 8 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a congratulatory message on Monday to Le Luong Minh upon his appointment as secretary-general of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). Pak in the message wished the secretary-general great success in his work, expressing his conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and ASEAN and its members would further develop in common interests. |
