DPRK People Enraged at S. Korean Regime's Provocations
Pyongyang, January 10 (KCNA) -- A spokesman of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea issued a statement on Jan. 3 to hit the Lee Myung Bak regime in south Korea for frantically kicking up anti-DPRK confrontation and war moves from the outset of the new year.

The statement has touched off the DPRK people's surging resentment toward the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors.

Ju Yong Chol, an officer of the Korean People's Army, told KCNA:

"The south Korean regime's persistence in confrontation with fellow countrymen will lead to war in the long run.

The KPA has already been given the operational plans finally approved by its Supreme Command.

It is ready to deal an annihilating blow to the rat-like group running amuck against the trend of the times."

Song Sol, 29, a woman living in Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province, said:

"Peace can never be ensured in the Korean Peninsula if the Lee group of traitors is allowed to go scot-free.

Once an order is given, I will join the army to wipe out the group of traitors and devote myself to building a reunified prosperous nation."
