The work, published on Jan. 3, Juche 81 (1992), says the historical lesson in building socialism is that one should consolidate the driving force of the revolution with conviction in socialism and proper guiding idea, preserve the socialist principle and boost comradely unity and cooperation based on independence.

The work clarifies the idea that it is the general line of the Workers' Party of Korea for socialist construction to successfully carry out the ideological, technical and cultural revolutions while bolstering people's power and steadily raising its function and role, and its validity.
