Honorary Citizenship to Kim Jong Un from Nigeria
Pyongyang, January 12 (KCNA) -- The dear respected Kim Jong Un received honorary citizenship of Gusau City, Zamfara State, Nigeria.

A ceremony for conveying the certificate took place at the city administration building on Dec. 31 last year.

Present there were officials of the administration and members of the DPRK technological cooperation group active in Nigeria.

The certificate was conveyed to the head of the group.

The governor of the city administration said at the ceremony that the successful satellite launch in the DPRK demonstrated its immense national power and the high level of space science and technology.

Some countries obstructed the DPRK's satellite launch but it launched the satellite according to its decision, giving progressives great conviction, the governor said, and went on:

The city administration decided to present honorary citizenship to HE Kim Jong Un who is not only wisely leading the Korean people in their drive for building a thriving country but clearly indicating the way to be followed by mankind.

It is the greatest jubilee in the history of the city to have Kim Jong Un as its honorary citizen in the wake of having President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il as honorary citizens.

The Korean people will build a thriving country and accomplish the cause of national reunification without fail as they are led by Kim Jong Un.
