They expressed their resolution to effect a great upswing in production and construction in hearty response to Kim Jong Un's New Year Address, important guidelines which indicated the way of victory to be followed by the party, army and people of the DPRK and a patriotic banner which arouses the whole country to great innovations and leaping progress.

They stressed the need to bring about a great turn in building an economic giant and improving the standard of people's living under the leadership of Kim Jong Un by embodying Kim Jong Il's patriotism.
