Rodong Sinmun Monday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is an unpardonable move to cover up the catastrophic reality of the inter-Korean relations caused by its anti-reunification "policy toward the north" and realize its inveterate ambition for achieving "unification of social systems" as part of its confrontation policy.

It is Chon Yong U, chief for diplomacy and security of Chongwadae, who worked out such a ridiculous document.

Chon, a confidant of traitor Lee Myung Bak, is a trickster and heinous confrontation maniac who took the lead in driving the inter-Korean relations into a collapse.

Such collapse of the inter-Korean relations is attributable to the desperate efforts made by the confrontation maniacs including Chon who have worked with bloodshot eyes to do harm to fellow countrymen as yes men of Lee.

During its office the group has totally torpedoed the inter-Korean dialogue and cooperation and persisted in the confrontation racket against the DPRK, dreaming a pipedream to bring down the dignified system of the DPRK.

It is too late for the Lee group to conceal its indelible crimes and calm down the people's resentment and their resolution to judge through the issue of such white paper. Its reckless ruckus is nothing but the last-ditch efforts of those more dead than alive, cursed and condemned by the people.

The Lee group is making desperate efforts to shun judgment of history but they will get it nowhere.
