In the message the president, on behalf of the Namibian government and people and on his own behalf, extended greetings on the prospering new year to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the government and the people of the DPRK.

The message expressed firm belief that the two countries would make sustained efforts to boost the existing solid bilateral relations in the new year, too.
