Pyongyang, January 17 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification issued a commentary on Jan. 10 denouncing the puppet Constitutional Court for its unjust ruling. The commentary accused the Constitutional Court of ruling last year that it is not illegal to make a surprise search for e-mail without prior notice "in case of urgency". The use of ambiguous words "in case of urgency" helped security investigation organs apply them as they please and intensify watch and control over people, the commentary charged. The recent ruling is an astonishing action to allow the unlimited arbitrary practices of the security authorities and intensify suppression, it said. The surprise search is aimed to crack down on the movement for independence, democracy and reunification, it said, deploring the act of disregarding human rights of people. It stressed the need to fight against the security authorities' act against democracy and human rights. |
