After expanding the production buildings, the factory has fully furnished production processes and applied new technologies to manufacturing sporting goods.

Its products, "Ryongaksan"-trademarked footballs, volleyballs and handballs, are well received by local athletes and other people.

The factory also makes sports nets, sports headgear for winter and stockings.

The nets are compatible with the standard for international games.

The factory presented more than 50 items of sporting apparatuses in 13 kinds to the 16th National Exhibition of Inventions of Athletic Apparatuses held last year.

Song Jong Ok, manager of the factory, told KCNA that the employees of the factory are boosting production in the hope of helping develop the nation's sports development on a mass basis.
