The grand gathering of the secretaries of the party cells, core elements of the WPK, will be a significant event to be specially recorded in its history as the meeting will be held at a time when a drastic turn is being effected in strengthening the WPK and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, and the dignity and might of the great Paektusan nation are being fully displayed.
