Memorandum of DPRK Foreign Ministry Supported by Russian Association

| Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- The Arkhangelsk Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy of Russia issued a statement on Jan. 15 in support of the memorandum of the DPRK Foreign Ministry. The statement said: The U.S. imperialists are seeking to strengthen the blockade against the DPRK and form a NATO-type new military bloc for aggression in the Asia-Pacific region in a bid to dominate the region. These provocative moves will doubtlessly face due denunciation of other countries in the region. The U.S. imperialists' moves will spark fresh arms race and confrontation of blocs in the region and increase the danger of a new world war. The "UN Command," disband itself pronto! The UN and its member countries should not follow the U.S. imperialists' moves for aggression! The U.S. should withdraw its forces from south Korea! An all-inclusive peace treaty should be concluded between the DPRK and the U.S. |
