He said that the party was excited to receive the historic New Year Address. He went on:

We fervently congratulate the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people on resolutely meeting all challenges and weathering difficulties and making great achievements in all fields last year, single-mindedly united around Kim Jong Un.

The New Year Address serves as an important banner which indicates the road to be followed by the party of the DPRK and its people in their effort for turning Juche Korea into a thriving socialist nation and the most powerful country by dynamically advancing along the path of independence, Songun and socialism, holding aloft the great banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

We are confident that the Korean people will glorify forever the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and achieve great successes in building a thriving socialist nation and accomplishing the cause of national reunification in warm response to the important tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address.

The People's Socialist Party of Mexico this year, too, extends full support to the WPK and the Korean people in their just struggle for removing the confrontation between the north and south, fully implementing the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and solving the issue of national reunification by concerted efforts of the Koreans in an independent manner.
