The "resolution" represents the height of the hostile policy toward the DPRK and showdown with it being stepped up by those forces displeased with the DPRK's rising international prestige and its peaceful economic development.

Problem is that the south Korean group of traitors took the lead in adopting the "resolution".

Soon after satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 was shot to space, the group of traitors called for a "strong counteraction" and "harsher sanctions", speaking loudly of a "provocation" to the international community.

The group called at the U.S. and Japanese masters and toured surrounding countries to beg for the effectuation of the UN "sanctions" against the DPRK. The group even went so impudent as to work out a "proposal for imposing sanctions against the north" and submitting it to the UN.

The group took the satellite launch as an opportunity for resorting to sycophancy and escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen, far from lauding it as a special event in the nation's 5,000-year long history which demonstrated the dignity and might of the nation.

The despicable behavior of the group bereft of even an iota of reason, to say nothing of nationality, clearly shows its fear of the tremendous mental power of the Koreans and massive national power of the DPRK.

By taking an active part in kicking up the "sanctions" racket against the DPRK the group seeks to save its poor face and maintain its almost bankrupt policy for confrontation with the DPRK.

The group showed before the world that it is made up of traitors and confrontation maniacs who prolong their remaining days with sycophancy and treachery.

As shown by a historical lesson, nothing can be expected from those who are intent on escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen. It will, on the contrary, deteriorate the north-south ties.

The south Korean group should never hope for sitting with the DPRK unless it repeals the policy of confrontation with the fellow countrymen.

"Sanctions" precisely mean a declaration of war against the DPRK.

The DPRK already stated to the world that it will react to the confrontation elements' provocation with immediate retaliatory blows and their war of aggression with a grand and just war for national reunification.

The group of traitors should heed this warning and not go indiscreet.

The provokers will meet only merciless retaliatory blows.
