The statement urged the UNSC to make an apology to the DPRK for wantonly violating the sovereignty of the DPRK pursuant to the U.S. anti-DPRK policy, and immediately repeal all the "resolutions" that were unreasonably adopted.

It is as clear as noonday that the recent "resolution" was an act of bitter hostility aimed to illegalize satellite launch for peaceful purposes and prevent the DPRK from developing the economy and bolstering up national defence, and to isolate and stifle it, the statement said, and went on:

The south Korean group of traitors took the lead in fabricating the "resolution", committing another grave crime in the nation's history.

The south Korean authorities should refrain from such traitorous act as seeking the stand-off with fellow countrymen with the support of outside forces after being forsaken by the nation, and stop at once the anti-DPRK confrontation moves.

No force on earth can check the Korean people dynamically advancing to a final victory in the all-out action of justice for defending sovereignty of the country, with confidence of the justness of their cause under the leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu.
