The great Comrade Kim Il Sung's and Comrade Kim Jong Il's revolutionary idea is a science and it is the truth confirmed in the practice of the Korean revolution that if one does as taught by them, one is sure to win despite any difficulty and trial, he noted, and continued:

It is necessary to further strengthen the party organizationally and ideologically and work out an operation and design for everything as Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il did and thus make steady leap forward and innovations in the revolution and construction, taking their immortal ideas on party building and feats as steadfast guidelines and all-powerful treasured sword.

The participants in the conference and the cell secretaries of the whole party should bear in mind the spirit of the conference, thoroughly embody it in the party cell work and thus give full play to the vitality of the conference in the gigantic practice of building a thriving country.

He declared the conference closed, convinced that all participants in the conference and the cell secretaries of the whole party would creditably perform their revolutionary duties in the sacred struggle to bring earlier the prosperity of the country, united close around the Party Central Committee.
