If only the party cells remain strong, the party will remain unshaken in any adversity and there is nothing to fear and nothing impossible, he said, and went on:

An important task facing the party cells at present is to prepare the party members as true Kimilsungists-Kimjongilists and genuine comrades and comrades-in-arms of our party and do the work with the masses well so that broad masses may get closely linked with our party with ties of blood.

An important task facing the party cells at present when a dynamic general advance is now under way for building a thriving socialist nation is to energetically organize and mobilize the party members and other people for implementing the party's policies.

We should translate into a shining reality the noble desire of Kim Jong Il, who energetically made the super-intense forced march till the last moments of his life to bring the people wealth and comfort under socialism. This is the most important revolutionary task facing the party at present.

In order to bring about an epochal turn in building an economic giant and improving the standard of people's living, the party organizations at all levels, party cells in particular, should successfully perform their roles as death-defying corps and scouts for implementing the party's policies and dynamically conduct the organizational and political work to give rise to the hot wind of Kim Jong Il's patriotism.

The party cells should galvanize the party members and core masses into action so that a person may rouse ten persons and ten people may motivate a hundred and innovations at a unit may lead to other units.
