The Ice Rink and the People's Open-air Ice Rink are daily crowded with schoolchildren on their winter vacation playing skating together with their family members.

Jong Kwang Il, a man residing in Oesong-dong, Central District, told KCNA:

"Physical training among families is of significance in making all the people fully ready for labor and national defence.

Regular training makes me healthy both in mind and body."
