The conference provided an important landmark in increasing the fighting capability of the WPK in every way and achieving a final victory in building a thriving nation as required by the new historic era for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, the editorial says, and goes on:

What is important in the spirit of the conference is to successfully carry forward the undying exploits of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in party building and develop the WPK into the eternal party of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

It calls for bringing about a radical turn in the overall work of the party by increasing the function and role of the party cells in every way as required by the new era of the Juche revolution.

It also calls for giving fresh spurs to the general advance for opening up a turning phase in building a thriving nation by increasing the fighting capability of the party in every way.

It is the intention of the WPK Central Committee to make the whole prevalent with the same revolutionary party discipline whereby all party work was done in a vital, dynamic and innovative manner as displayed in the 1970s.

The WPK reposes deep trust in its cells and its Central Committee has great expectation for the roles of the secretaries of the party cells.

All the participants in the conference and the party cells secretaries should dynamically and positively conduct the work for fully embodying the spirit of the conference with pride and honor of having glorified the 4th Conference of Cell Secretaries of the WPK as a significant one noteworthy in the history of the WPK.

When the party cells are strong, the WPK remains unshaken in any adversity and there is nothing we are afraid of or we cannot do.
