DPRK's Stand Supported by Ecuadorian Organizations

Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- The Ecuadorian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, Ecuadorian Cultural Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, Canar Provincial Institute for Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK of Ecuador and the Ecuador-Guaranda Institute for Friendship and Cultural Solidarity with the Korean People released a joint statement on Jan. 25 in support of the statements of the National Defence Commission and the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK.

The joint statement said:

The world progressives warmly congratulate the DPRK on its successful launch of the scientific and technological satellite in December of 2012 entirely by their own efforts and with indigenous technology despite the blockade of the imperialists for more than half a century.

However, the U.S. and its allies groundlessly pulled up the DPRK over its satellite launch and fabricated another anti-DPRK "resolution" at the UN Security Council, an indication of their displeasure with the development of science and technology in the DPRK.

No matter how desperately the U.S. and other member nations of the UNSC cook up anti-DPRK "resolutions" bereft of reason, the DPRK will remain undeterred by them.

Under the Songun leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the DPRK will advance straight along the way chosen by itself for the development of science and technology and improved people's living standard.

All the progressive people and organizations of Ecuador fully support the statements of the DPRK reflecting its steadfast stand and categorically reject the unjust "resolution" of the UNSC.
