Present there were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Yong Rim and Choe Ryong Hae, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK, and members of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK, secretaries and other officials of the C.C., the WPK and the participants of the conference.

The workshop dealt with tasks and ways facing the party cells in fully playing their roles as vanguard for devotedly defending the leader and carrying out his intentions, and as basic units linking the ties of blood between the Party and masses in hearty response to the important tasks set forth in the historic speech made by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un at the conference.

Stressed at the workshop was the importance of the duty of the party cells in strengthening the Party organizationally and ideologically. The participants were also brought to the knowledge of the achievements in the party cell work and among cell secretaries, and measures were taken to generalize the experience and overcome deviations.

The main content of "Let Us Enhance the Militant Might of the Party in Every Way and Step Up the Building of a Thriving Country by Improving the Work of Party Cells", the important speech made by Kim Jong Un at the conference, was brought home to the participants at the workshop.

The participants were also taught that the sacred obligation and duty of the revolutionary soldiers are to sincerely hold Kim Jong Un in high esteem.

The workshop underscored the need to glorify forever the immortal exploits the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu performed for the development of the party cells, and make all the party cells vibrant organizations.
