The France-Korea Friendship Association said:

Entirely unreasonable is the illegal "resolution" adopted by the UNSC over the DPRK's launch of application satellite aimed at developing science and technology.

If the U.S. truly wants peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula, Northeast Asia and the rest of the world, it should roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK at once.

The Canar Provincial Institute for the Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK of Ecuador noted:

The DPRK, a full-fledged sovereign state and UN member nation, has the right to launch satellite in accordance with international law and defend its sovereignty and dignity.

It is quite self-evident for the DPRK to take tough steps now that the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and brigandish provocations have reached an extreme phase.

The UNSC's "resolution" ignored the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK.

All progressives of Ecuador and the rest of the world are greatly enraged by the U.S. moves against the DPRK.

The army and people of the DPRK will mercilessly punish the U.S. and all other hostile forces which did harm to their dignity.
