The "resolution" adopted at the UNSC with the U.S. as a main player goes to fully prove that the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK has entered a new dangerous phase, he said.

The DPRK's satellite launch is its just and independent right and an exercise of its legitimate sovereignty universally recognized by international law, he noted.

He urged the UNSC to repeal at once the illegal "resolution" fabricated by it in pursuance of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK in violation of the universally accepted international law.

He extended full support to the stand of the DPRK government to develop and launch more varieties of application satellites needed for building an economic giant.
