They included the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, Peruvian Communist Party, Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru, Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union, Socialist Party of Peru, Workers' Party of Peru, Peruvian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, Peruvian Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, Kim Jong Suk Library in Peru, General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute, Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, Peruvian Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with Peoples and the Pyongyang Cultural Center in Peru.

The joint statement said:

We resolutely reject the unjust "resolution" of the UNSC severely violating the sovereignty of the DPRK.

The DPRK has an independent and legitimate right to launch satellites for peaceful purposes under international law on peaceful use of space.

The UNSC should apologize to the Korean people for seriously breaching the universally accepted international law pursuant to the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK and wantonly trampling upon the independence of the sovereign state, and retract at once all the "resolutions" unjustly adopted.

We support the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry which declared that the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula would be impossible before realizing the denuclearization of the world.

We fully support measures of the DPRK on expanding and strengthening the self-defensive military strength including the nuclear deterrent to cope with the warlike and hostile moves of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges, and extend solidarity to the Korean people in their struggle for defending the sovereignty and revolution.
