The letter said:

Comrade Kim Jong Un clarified the issues arising in achieving the reunification of the country including the defusing of the confrontation between the north and the south and thorough implementation of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

As clarified by him, Korea's cause of reunification would be achieved by concerted efforts of all Koreans free from foreign interference.

He clarified his will to develop relations of friendship and cooperation with the countries that are friendly towards the DPRK out of their respect for its sovereignty, and safeguard regional peace and stability.

The Slovak Communist Party fully supports his New Year Address.

We wish him greater success in his noble work for defending peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and achieving Korea's reunification.
