According to the opinion poll conducted by a survey institution on Sunday, majority of the respondents said that the present chief executive's state administration was very wrong.

They cited projects to improve four large rivers, unreasonable policy on personnel affair, scandals, reduction of jobs, economic crisis, collapse of the inter-Korean relations, etc. as major reasons for such wrong administration.

They described the recent "special amnesty" granted to Choe Si Jung, former chairman of the Broadcasting and News Agency Committee, and others as a "pardon" made for his relatives and confidants in "return for their favor".
