Defending the right to the peaceful use of space is not just an issue pertaining to the right to develop space but an issue related to the destiny as it is one for defending the sovereignty and achieving the prosperity of the country and the nation.

Clear is the aim sought by the hostile forces in stepping up rhetoric against the DPRK.

They seek to break the independent stand of the DPRK and force it to take down the socialist banner.

A single step backward will rid the DPRK of its right to existence, to say nothing of building a thriving country.

Satellites and long-range rockets to be launched by the DPRK in the future will become the struggle of a new higher stage in defending the sovereignty of the Korean people.

There is no reason whatsoever to have repugnance against the DPRK's efforts to explore space with its own strength, technology and wisdom.
