The Party for Peace and Unity of Russia unequivocally supports the DPRK's success in launching satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 and its efforts to conquer vast space.

We call upon international organizations to recognize the peaceful nature of the DPRK's launch of scientific and technological satellite and maintain objectivity.

It is a legitimate right publicly recognized by international law for each sovereign country to launch satellites.

What matters is that activities for conquering space for peaceful purposes are being misinterpreted as "launches of long-range ballistic missiles" by some specified countries.

Space, common property of humankind, should not be allowed to belong to the specified countries.

We are sure that the Korean people's peaceful program for exploring space will be successfully implemented in the future, too.

Nothing can block the triumphant advance of the DPRK that has made rapid progress, guided by the Juche idea and Songun politics.
