Foreign Newspapers Praise Kim Jong Il's Exploits
Pyongyang, February 9 (KCNA) -- Foreign newspapers devoted special write-ups to the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

The Bangladeshi newspaper Daily Fork on February 2 allotted its four pages to articles titled "Under the banner of Songun" and "Songun Korea" illustrated with photos of Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un on their revolutionary activities.

The paper in an article titled "Songun brilliant commander" said that Kim Jong Il was a peerlessly brilliant Songun commander possessed of rare military strategy and matchless pluck. It went on:

He firmly defended socialism, holding high the banner of Songun despite the collapse of the socialist countries in Eastern European, offensive of the imperialist allied forces against socialism and severe natural calamities.

The DPRK winning victory after victory under the uplifted banner of Songun has greatly inspired the anti-imperialist and independent countries and peoples in the world and given strong spurs to the cause of global independence.

The Iranian newspaper Iran News on February 3 devoted a whole page to a special write-up titled "The great leader Kim Jong Il always lives in the hearts of the people" accompanied with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

The paper in an article titled "Career of a great man recorded in history" noted that the career of Kim Jong Il was the most brilliant one of a great revolutionary who explored the road of hard struggle with his iron will and superhuman energy, holding aloft the red flag, and a noble one of the peerless patriot who dedicated himself to the country and its people.

The Nepali newspaper Charcha on February 4 carried an article praising the personality of Kim Jong Un as a great man illustrated with his photo.
