The National Salvation Front of Russia said:

The DPRK successfully launched satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 on Dec. 12 in 2012. This was a historic event that demonstrated the big progress made by socialist Korea in science and technology and its emergence as a power with the capacity to carry out its own space program.

The U.S. policy for stifling the DPRK by force of arms met a total collapse.

The UNSC's "resolution" against socialist Korea is unreasonable.

What is more disgraceful is that other permanent member states of the UNSC agreed to the "resolution" proposed by the U.S.

This proves that they blindly follow the U.S.

It is quite just that the DPRK totally rejected the UNSC's "resolutions" that violate its sovereignty.

The Social Association "For Democracy, Social Progress and Justice" of Belarus denounced the UNSC's "resolution" for disturbing the peace and stability in the Korean Peninsula and the region.

It expressed belief that the Korean people would surely win a victory in their efforts for defending the sovereignty of the country and nation under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
