The "resolution on sanctions" the U.S. and its allies cooked up by instigating the UNSC, in fear of the DPRK's highly developed technology of space development, is a fraud document, the article said, and went on:

Most of those countries which participated in the adoption of the "resolution" have the record of launching satellites with long-range rockets, and Japan launched a spy satellite after the adoption of the "resolution".

It is sheer nonsense to call what the DPRK launches a ballistic missile and what and the U.S. and other countries launch a satellite.

If the UNSC remains biased and acts as a hand-raising machine of the U.S., its existence will be of no worth.
