The statement said that at the enlarged meeting of the Party Central Military Commission Kim Jong Un made a concluding speech which would serve as important guidelines for developing the Korean People's Army (KPA) into the invincible revolutionary army of Mt. Paektu and defending the security and sovereignty of the country.

His concluding speech serves as important guidelines for bolstering up the military muscle of socialist Korea and a landmark of great significance in the general advance of the Songun revolution, it said.

The KPA is standing on the forefront for defending socialism, it noted.

The U.S. imperialist warmongers and the south Korean puppet forces will not be able to escape a shameful defeat in face of the powerful KPA and Songun Korea led by Marshal Kim Jong Un, it added.
