U.S.-S. Korea Joint Military Drills under Fire by British Organizations

Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association issued a joint statement on February 4 in denunciation of the joint military drills of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet warmongers in the East Sea of Korea.

The statement condemned the joint naval exercises of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces as an extremely dangerous move of driving the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of war.

It said they are resorting to the policy of strength against the DPRK in a bid to put into practice the criminal "resolution" of the UN Security Council against it.

The purpose sought by the U.S. imperialists is to reduce the DPRK to submission by military threat and UN "sanctions" against it and stifle its socialist system, it added.

However, the trigger-happy forces should know that they can never bring to its knees Juche Korea led by the dear respected Kim Jong Un, it stressed.
