The U.S. attitude toward the DPRK's successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2, in particular, as was the case with all its hostile acts against the DPRK, pushed the resentment of its army and people to an unbearable phase.

The high-handed logic of the U.S. that the DPRK should not be allowed to launch a satellite while all others are permitted to do so amounts to the worst insult and mockery at the Koreans.

The DPRK has already served a strong warning to the U.S. because it persistently revealed its sinister attempt to strain the situation with such logic.

The U.S. should draw a lesson from its actions which compelled the DPRK to comprehensively reexamine the nuclear issue in April last year and refrain from pushing the situation to such pass no one desires through its excessive hostile reaction.

But the U.S. did not lend an ear to this.

The U.S. was so arrogant as to prod the UN Security Council into cooking up the "resolution" which calls for economic "sanctions" and "crucial steps", negating the DPRK's right to satellite launch, and took the lead in implementing it.

The UNSC "resolution" 2087 fabricated with the U.S. as a main player is a criminal document for state-sponsored terrorism as it negates the right of the Korean people to develop as well as their right to self-determination and existence.

The U.S. has incited international cooperation to stifle the DPRK while massively deploying nuclear attack means in south Korea and its vicinity and staging exercises for preemptive attack on the DPRK in a bid to strain the situation.

The U.S. brazen-faced arbitrary practices touched off bitter anti-U.S. sentiments among the service personnel and people of the DPRK.

The DPRK can no longer live, tightening belt. Let us settle accounts with the U.S. so as to defend the sovereignty of the nation and achieve a final victory.

Let's demonstrate the might of the Koreans before the U.S. which looks down upon them. This is the unshakable will of the service personnel and people of the DPRK.

The third underground nuclear test physically demonstrated the high performance of the DPRK's nuclear deterrent which has become smaller, lighter and diversified as it was a primary counter-measure in which it exercised its maximum self-restraint.

Even the enemies must know well its explosive force and level of the nuclear test as they observed it.

The nuclear test conducted by the DPRK represented the towering resentment of its service personnel and people and demonstrated their will and capability to safeguard their sovereignty. No one has the right to take issue with it as it is the legitimate step for self-defence in full conformity with the UN Charter.

The DPRK's nuclear deterrent serves as a treasured sword for foiling the high-handed and arbitrary practices of the imperialists and protecting its sovereignty and dignity.

Whether the DPRK will take the second and third tougher measures will entirely depend on the option to be taken by the U.S. in the future.

The U.S. should admit its mistake and correct it.

If the U.S. again defies the warnings served by the DPRK, its army and people will never miss such historic opportunity given by the U.S.
