The decision stressed the need to resolutely foil all the hostile forces' moves to stifle the DPRK with proud victory in building an economic power and improving the people living standard, ITAR-TASS noted, adding:

The decision called for staging an all-out action of high intensity to reliably safeguard the security and sovereignty of the country, coping with the prevailing grave situation. It also underlined the need to continue launching satellites and powerful long-range rockets.

It stressed that once an order is issued, the Korean People's Army should blow up the strongholds of aggression at a stroke and wipe out the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet army to the last man and thus accomplish the historic cause of national reunification.

Underlining the need to give further spurs to building a highly civilized socialist nation, it referred to the tasks for establishing a medical information service network and telemedicine system, building a children's hospital, a dental hospital, a recovery center and more modern cultural facilities.
