Some time ago, the U.S. and other hostile forces recklessly fabricated unprecedented UN Security Council's "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK, groundlessly taking issue with its legitimate satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

These days the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in south Korea together with the U.S. is escalating its military provocations against the DPRK in wanton violation of its independent right, talking about "additional provocation" and "warning." This reminds one of a guilty party filing the suit first.

The prevailing situation indicates that warmongers in south Korea and abroad are making desperate efforts to ignite a nuclear war against the DPRK, taking advantage of its satellite launch and just step for defending its sovereignty as a golden chance for invading it.

The DPRK's third nuclear test was conducted as part of its practical counteraction for defending the security and sovereignty of the country in order to show the anger of all the servicepersons and people of the DPRK and their will to punish the U.S. and its allies and protect the sovereignty and security of the country from their reckless moves for a war against it.

The U.S. and south Korean puppet authorities persistently resort to the brigandish "sanctions" campaign and the moves for a nuclear war to isolate and stifle the dignified DPRK at any cost. It is self-evident that it is necessary to settle accounts with them with arms, not with words.

If the U.S. and its allies aggravate the situation while making much fuss about UNSC's "additional sanctions" and "stronger reaction," this would be as foolish an act as precipitating its self-destruction.

It is the steadfast resolution of the DPRK to take the second and third stronger steps in succession to deal with such provocative moves of the hostile forces as "inspection of ships", "sea blockade" and "financial sanctions".
