Such "resolution" characterized by double standards and shameless nature can never frighten the army and people of the DPRK all out in the drive for accomplishing the just cause.

Those countries that stockpiled more nukes than any others in the world fabricated UNSC's "resolutions" 1718 and 1874 which call for denying the DPRK's right to satellite launch, terming its nuclear tests conducted for self-defence to cope with the U.S. nuclear threat actions "a threat to the international peace".

The DPRK has never recognized the "resolutions on sanctions" against it, but strongly rejected them as they are products of the U.S. hostile policy towards it.

However, the U.S. deliberately cooked up again the unjust "resolution on sanctions" 2087 which denies the right to satellite launch for peaceful purposes, legitimate right of a sovereign state, in disregard of the universally accepted international law.

The DPRK's test of a high-performance A-bomb is the most reasonable option to defend its independence and dignity as a sovereign state, defuse the more than half a century-old U.S. nuclear threat and achieve peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. has introduced nukes into south Korea since the 1950s, resorting to a nuclear blackmail against the DPRK strongly opposed to the U.S. moves for aggression.

Accustomed to approaching everything of the DPRK from its standpoint of confrontation, the U.S. has stood in the way of the DPRK's use of nuclear energy and space development for building an economic power, describing it as a "threat".

It is the scenario of the U.S. to make the 21st century "a new U.S. century" by stifling the DPRK keeping to the road of independence, Songun and socialism and eventually putting the Asia-Pacific region under its control.

"Resolution" 2087 cooked up by the U.S. and its allies is nothing but a product of its vicious hostile policy towards the DPRK and a fraudulent document devoid of any legality.

If the U.S. is allowed to deprive a sovereign state of its right to space development for peaceful purposes, there is no need to discuss justice and truth in the international relations and the world is bound to turn into a theater under the sway of the jungle law.

The gangster-like U.S. should be countered only by force.

The all-out action against the U.S. declared by the DPRK is a just and sacred historic cause of putting an end to the long-standing U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and its arbitrary practices and defend the sovereignty and security of the country and the nation and achieve its peace and prosperity.

If the U.S. persistently sticks to such policy despite the DPRK's repeated warnings, it will never be able to escape stronger retaliation of Songun Korea.
