Pyongyang, February 15 (KCNA) -- Helicopters flew to nine isolated islets in the West Sea of Korea, carrying gifts to pupils and other children there in the run up to the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il. They are So, Sok, Jamae, Suun, Ka, Taehwa, Rap, Ae and Than Islets. As helicopters loomed in the sky above the islets, people there broke into shouts of "hurrah!" The residents on the islets were greatly excited at the loving care shown by the dear respected Kim Jong Un, who is carrying forward the love of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il. Every February Kim Jong Il made sure that gifts were sent to the children on the islets just as those on the land. Children jumped for joy and parents and other people were moved to tears. Pupils and other children vowed to learn hard and become reliable able workers of Songun Korea, keeping in their minds the love for rising generations shown by the Workers' Party of Korea. |
