A ceremony took place on Saturday to receive campers from Pyongyang, North and South Phyongan and Jagang provinces and other places of the country.

Director of the camp Chu Yong Nam made a report at the ceremony to be followed by speeches.

At the end of the ceremony campers had a march-past. Then followed an art performance given by teachers of the camp.

The first group of campers was congratulated by Ryu Yong Sop, chief secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Tok Hun, chairman of the provincial people's committee, and officials concerned.
